Pulau Sibu forms part of the Seribuat chain of islands and lies 12 kilometres off the east coast of the West Peninsular of Malaysia. The island is shaped like a triangular hour glass, about 6 kilometres long and never more than one kilometre wide it's whole length. Pulau Sibu is part of the Seribuat Archipelago down south and is made up of several islands namely Pulau Sibu Besar, Pulau Sibu Tengah, Pulau Sibu Kukus and Pulau Sibu Hujung.
Pulau Sibu Tengah is a tiny island home to Sibu Island Resort, a large resort catering to local and foreign tourists. About 5 minutes by speedboat from the larger of the two islands , Sibu Tengah itself has all that a tourist would appreciate - a full fledged resort with chalets .
Getting There.

Pulau Pangkor is located about 90km southwest of Ipoh town.It is largely inhabited by fisherman who live in scattered fishing villages along the eastern coast.
